The mission of the All County Security Agency is to provide clients with reliable and customized investigative and guard services, by staff who meet or exceed rigorous hiring and training standards and are supervised by seasoned, experienced leaders.
All County Security has recently obtained our GSA contract. This will allow us to provide our top level service to federal agencies.
All County Security provides Armed and Unarmed Security Officers for any event, no matter how big or small. Our years of service have enlightened us with the knowledge and experience to provide our clients with the best possible service available.
Our trained investigators are experienced in handling complex cases involving workers compensation claims, liability insurance claims, fraud, employee theft, mystery shopping, domestic infidelity and missing person cases.
The All County Security Agency, Inc. was first established in 1989 by former Howard County Police Officer, Charles Ellenberger. Through his personal experiences as a veteran officer of the Howard County Police Department, Mr. Ellenberger realized firsthand the incumbent need for private security. Maintaining an undying loyalty to Howard County and its residents, the All County Security Agency established its corporate offices in Ellicott City, Maryland.
Hand-selecting a veteran team of security and investigation professionals, Mr. Ellenberger leverages far-reaching industry contacts and knowledge of client security needs to continually develop a dedicated team of individuals drafted from a wide variety of legal and law enforcement backgrounds. Through on-site training and continuous professional development, our diverse staff of men and women is consistently prepared to meet and exceed the highest standards of our clients. Overall, the All County Security Agency team encompasses more than 150 years of proven, industry-leading experience in security, military, and law enforcement.
All County Security Agency is currently responsible for providing their services at government buildings, apartment complexes, medical facilities, schools, health clubs, athletic events, fairs, business parks, and many more. We currently have a staff of over 100 security personnel working on a full and part-time basis. We are able to provide up to 75 security personnel for fairs and special events, and as little as one employee for a small site.
